Cancellation and Change Policy for Parken Tours

Generally

Tickets for tours of the park are generally not refundable once the purchase has been completed.

According to Danish consumer law, tickets for experiences and cultural events are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation from the Park Tours

Tours of the Park may, in rare cases, be cancelled or changed at short notice. For example, this may be due to:

• Matches or changes in the match program
• Trainings or activities related to F.C. København
• Safety or operational conditions

If your tour is cancelled, you will receive an email with information about your options.

As a rule, you will be offered:

• rebooking to another date, or
• A voucher corresponding to the ticket price (including any fees)

Receipts can be used for the purchase of new tours.

Changes to the Tour

On days of activity in the Park (e.g. match or training), parts of the stadium may be inaccessible.
In these cases, the tour will be adapted but still carried out.

This often provides a more authentic experience, but does not entitle you to a refund.

Changing Tickets

As a rule, tickets cannot be changed or exchanged.

However, feel free to contact us - we always try to find a solution if possible.

If you are prevented

Feel free to pass your ticket on to family, friends or colleagues.

Resale

Tickets may not be resold at a profit or used commercially without agreement.
Violation may result in cancellation of tickets.
